目的分析氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂根管消毒的临床疗效。方法选入需做的根管治疗患者90例,随机分成两组分别采用氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂和甲酚甲醛进行根管消毒。结果氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于感染根管消毒,氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂是值得推广的一种根管消毒剂。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of calcium hydroxide iodoform paste root canal disinfection. Methods Ninety patients undergoing root canal therapy were selected and randomly divided into two groups, respectively, which were treated with calcium hydroxide iodoform paste and cresol formaldehyde for root canal disinfection. Results calcium hydroxide iodoform paste group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Infected root canal disinfection, calcium hydroxide iodoform paste is worth promoting a root canal disinfectant.
