热轧Ⅰ级钢筋是建筑上广泛使用的钢材,所需的数量很大。使用前需要测出钢筋的屈服点,因为在钢筋混凝土结构中,屈服点σ_s是钢筋设计强度R_g的依据。目前在拉力试验机上作拉伸试验测出钢筋的屈服点,费钱又费时。这里推荐一种简单的测试方法。方法与原理热轧Ⅰ级钢筋是一种较理想的弹-塑性材料,有明显的屈服点,在屈服过程中产生很大的应变。它在弯曲时测得的塑性弯矩M_P与屈服弯矩M_y有良好的比例关系,因此可以用塑性弯矩来求得屈服点σ_s。将钢筋悬臂置于夹具(如台虎钳)A上,如图1所
Hot-rolled grade I steel is widely used in construction of steel, the required number of large.
