新疆销售昌吉分公司党委以加强班子建设、提高员工队伍的凝聚力和加油站竞争力为目标,从配强、配好各级领导班子,提升班子战斗力入手,围绕经营工作中心,狠抓领导班子建设、基层组织建设和党员干部的思想、作风和党风廉政建设,有力地促进了分公司的各项工作更好发展。按照集团公司提出的基层党支部班子建设的“四好”的要求,昌吉销售分公司党委为基层各经营部党支部配备了专职副书记,使基层党组织日常工作有人抓、具体工作有人管。与此同时,从制度建设入手制定了基层党支部的全面考核细则,做到季度、年度与经营业绩同步考核。2005年以来,分公司党委在基层一线广泛开展“党员责任区”、“党员示范岗”、“岗位标兵”以及“争创学习型组织、争当学习型员工”创建活动和“献爱心送温暖”等活动,明显增强了党组织的基层组织战斗堡垒作用。分公司党委先后被新疆销售公司党委授予2005年度“先进党委”荣誉称号;被中国石油炼油与销售分公司授予2005年度“党群工作先进集体”等荣誉称号。
