利用等离子体电解渗技术,在TC4钛合金表面制备了等离子体电解氮碳共渗(PEN/C)层。试验结果表明:在钛合金表面形成的PEN/C渗层为多孔的Ti(C,N),硬度达到2200 HK0.025。以GCr15钢球为摩擦配副时,渗层几乎没有磨损,而GCr15钢球磨损后的磨屑附着在渗层表面导致渗层磨损质量损失为负值;以ZrO2球为摩擦配副时,摩擦系数减小至0.1~0.15,磨损质量损失仅为钛合金基体的1/5~1/4。钛合金表面PEN/C渗层具有优异的减摩耐磨作用,提高了钛合金的耐磨性能。
Plasma electrolytic nitrocarburizing (PEN / C) layer was prepared on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy by plasma electrolytic technique.
