本文通过理论分析建立了三种逻辑溢流阀卸荷回路的数学模型并进行了数字仿真,分析了溢流阀结构参数和系统使用参数对卸荷压力冲击的影响,给出了数值计算所得各主要参数对卸荷压力冲击峰值的关系曲线。计算中液压油粘度、阻尼孔特征系数和调压阀阀口流量系数等均按变量计入其对瞬态过程的影响
In this paper, the mathematical model of three kinds of logic relief valve unloading circuit is established and the numerical simulation is carried out by theoretical analysis. The influence of structural parameters of relief valve and system operating parameters on unloading pressure shock is analyzed. The main parameters of unloading pressure shock peak curve. The calculation of the hydraulic oil viscosity, orifice characteristic coefficient and the pressure regulator valve port flow coefficient and so on are included in the variable into the transient process
