将保障性安居工程作为全市中心工作的重中之重抓在手上、放在心上沙河市地处河北省南部,太行山东麓,南距邯郸市28公里,北至邢台市22公里,人口48万,面积999平方公里,山区、丘陵、平原各占三分之一。目前,沙河区域经济发展迅速,形成了采掘、建材、中药加工、玻璃等主要产业,其中玻璃产量约占全国20%,被称为“中国玻璃城”。多年来,沙河市委、市政府始终高度重视保障和改善民生,将保障性安居工程作为全市中心工作的重中之重抓在手上、放在心上,解决了一大批中低收入家庭的住房困难问题,住有所居在这里已经不再遥远。
