The construction of urban sub-centers must abide by the law of urban development, face the world and the future and uphold the development concept of “innovation, coordination, greenness, openness and sharing” and adhere to the vision of the world, international standards, Chinese characteristics and high ground. The planning and construction of the Beijing city sub-center is a major strategic deployment made by the Central Government and is also a historical inevitable and realistic choice for urban development.
