The Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of our Party has opened a new historical period for China’s reform and opening up. The achievements of the three decades have been remarkable and splendid, attracting worldwide attention. As an economic basis for supporting reform and opening up, for three decades, keeping pace with the needs of the country, keeping pace with the times and forge ahead with determination, finance has always been at the forefront of reform and opening up and has worked hard to pave the way for reform and opening up.
