8月7日,经中共黄冈市委、市政府同意,黄冈市委办公室、市政府办公室向全市下发了《关于进一步加快档案事业发展的意见》,就当前和今后一个时期档案工作指导思想、发展方针、档案馆(室)建设管理和服务,依法治档和机关企事业档案工作强化领导、投入、队伍建设等提出了目标和要求。
On August 7, with the agreement of the CPC Huanggang Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government, Huanggang Municipal Party Committee Office and the municipal government office issued the Opinions on Further Accelerating the Development of Archives to the whole city. On the guidance of archives work and development guidelines for the current and future period , Archives (room) construction management and services, according to the law governing the file and the archives and enterprises and institutions to strengthen leadership, investment, team building, put forward the goals and requirements.
