1991年我科对15例肝炎肝硬化门脉高压，脾切除术后病人检测了T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白及补体C3、C4。现报告如下。资料和方法本组男13例，女2例。年龄22～55岁，平均年龄39岁。15例均为肝硬化。符合1990年全国第六次病毒性肝炎会议的诊断标准。检测方法（1）T细胞亚群检测：使用
