我市乡镇企业坚持“科教兴工”,采取请进来与走出去相结合,自己办与部门联合办相结合,短期培训班与长期培训班相结合,岗位培训与技术培训相结合的形式,更加广泛深入地开展职工教育培训。1993年元月到8月,共举办各类乡镇企业职工培训班750期,培训职工4.5万人。培训期数、参培人数均超过历年同期,有力地促进了企业科技进步
