我们自1990年11月至1993年12月,以自拟复方岩香菊饮门诊治疗小儿急性支气管炎300例,疗效显著,现报告如下:临床资料 本组300例,男性156例,女性44例,年龄最大者6周岁,最小者1.5岁,平均4.5岁。病程最长者18天,最短者3天,平均7天。血液检查正常者54例,白细胞或中性粒细胞增多者164例,偏低者80例;经用抗生素和其他药物治疗5天以上无效者162例,未用药物治疗者138例。本组中237例两肺可闻及干性罗音。治疗方法:复方岩香菊饮处方:岩香菊15g,木胡蝶12g,虎杖12g,桑白皮10g,杏仁10g,桔梗10g,前胡10g,柴菀10g,甘草5g。水煎服,每日1剂,分2～3次服。以上为6岁患儿用量,随患儿年龄大小用
