随着我国煤矿企业的开采技术和机械化水平的提高,煤炭辅助运输带来了挑战。过去大多数的煤矿企业采用钢丝绳牵引卡轨式轨道运输煤炭,虽然具有很多优点,但仍然不能适应大量、快速的煤炭运输。认真分析钢丝绳牵引卡轨的优缺点,提出一种免换装绳牵引卡轨车。同时对其关键技术攻关,设计了专用轨枕、分段联动变轨装置和橡胶弹簧压绳装置,保证大牵引力下改装的钢丝绳牵引卡轨车的可靠运行。
With the improvement of mining technology and mechanization in China’s coal mining enterprises, coal-assisted transportation poses challenges. In the past, most coal mines used the wire rope traction rail rail to transport coal, which, despite its many advantages, was still not suitable for large-scale and rapid coal transportation. A careful analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of wire rope traction rail, proposed a free replacement rope traction truck. At the same time, it has designed key sleepers, segmented linkage derailment devices and rubber spring compression rope devices to ensure the reliable operation of the converted wire rope traction truck with high traction force.
