在当前社会发展过程中,医疗卫生改革工作的开展也得到了十分有效的提升和进步,在医疗卫生改革工作中一项重要工作就是对员工的劳动报酬收入开始实行了绩效工资管理制度,并对其进行了有效落实。随着我国改革开放工作的逐渐深入、落实,现在很多医院的管理工作在医院的建设和发展过程中都得到了十分明显的完善。但是,经过笔者的实际研究和调查发现,虽然很多医院已经实现了对医院绩效工资分配制度的落实,但是在实际进行制度考核的过程中仍旧存在一些疑问,影响了这项工作的正常开展。为了将绩效工资的分配制度改革得到更大的发展和完善,我们就需要对这项工作中的问题或是不足进行研究,以便提出相应解决策略,使问题得到更好的改善。
In the current social development process, the work of medical and health care reform has been very effectively promoted and progressed. An important task in the medical and health care reform work is to implement a performance and salary management system for the labor remuneration income of employees. It has been effectively implemented. With the gradual deepening and implementation of the reform and opening up in our country, the management of many hospitals has now been greatly improved in the process of building and developing the hospital. However, after the author’s actual research and investigation, it is found that although many hospitals have already implemented the implementation of the system of hospital performance salary distribution, there are still some problems in the process of actual system assessment, which has affected the normal development of this work. In order to further develop and perfect the reform of the distribution system of performance-based salary, we need to study the problems or deficiencies in this work in order to put forward corresponding solutions to the problem so that the problems can be better improved.
