纵观我国在革命、建设、改革时期的发展历程,群众路线从形成的那一天起,渗透到包括经济、文化、社会在内的各个领域,发挥着至关重要的作用。密切联系群众、切实加强群众路线的贯彻落实,成为在新形势下实现全面建成小康社会的必经之路。而我国少数民族地区,有区别于其他地区的特征和特点,这就需要党和政府在贯彻群众路线的实践中,采取符合实际情况的新思路、新方法和新举措,进一步加强少数民族地区党群关系、干群关系的巩固,推动我国各个地区同步和谐地发展。
