正在开展的乡镇党委换届工作,是本轮地方换届工作的基础性工程。目前,全国一些省份的乡镇党委已完成换届,或者换届工作已接近尾声。4月6日,中组部在京召开市县乡换届工作座谈会,李源潮强调,要拓宽选人视野,选优配强市县乡党政正职。要加强对年轻干部、女干部、少数民族干部和党外干部的培养选拔。

On April 6, the Central Organization Department held a forum for the exchange of municipal, county and township affairs in Beijing.
