目的研究人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)与膀胱癌的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应与核酸分子杂交方法,检测48例膀胱癌组织中HPV·DNA。结果膀胱癌中HPV16感染率为56.2%(27/48),HPV18感染率为8.4%(4/48)。分化差者HPV16DNA阳性率为74%,显著高于分化好者(27.3%P<0.05)。浸润性者(T2~T4)HPV16阳性率为72%,明显高于浅表性者(25%,P<0.05)。结论HPV16感染可能是膀胱癌发生、发展的重要因素。
Objective To study the relationship between human papillomavirus (HPV) and bladder cancer. Methods Polymerase chain reaction and nucleic acid hybridization were used to detect HPV DNA in 48 cases of bladder cancer. Results The infection rate of HPV16 in bladder cancer was 56.2% (27/48), and the infection rate of HPV18 was 8.4% (4/48). Poorly differentiated HPV16DNA positive rate was 74%, significantly higher than well-differentiated (27.3% P <0.05). Invasive (T2 ~ T4) HPV16 positive rate was 72%, significantly higher than the superficial (25%, P <0.05). Conclusion HPV16 infection may be an important factor in the occurrence and development of bladder cancer.
