对高炉升级改造过程中采用的若干技术进行了探讨。针对某些能耗高、寿命短、环保差、运行成本高、竞争力弱的高炉,提出了相应升级改造的措施。认为,优化炉型,要选择合适的单位炉缸面积工作炉容(V_W/A);延长高炉寿命,可采用合理的薄壁炉衬结构、合理的炉缸结构、高效节能的冷却系统、高效的传热体系等先进技术;提升高炉竞争力,可采用热风炉超高风温、环保底滤渣处理、环保矿焦槽等节能和环保技术。
Several techniques used in the process of blast furnace upgrading were discussed. For some high energy consumption, short life, poor environmental protection, high operating costs, low competitiveness of the blast furnace, put forward the corresponding measures to upgrade.
