当今社会对教育越来越重视,尤其对学前儿童的启蒙教育更为关注。幼儿教师在学前儿童的教育过程中担负着不容忽视的重任,既要提升幼儿教师的专业素质还要提升幼儿教师的创造能力,这不仅是社会的相应需求,也是国家提出的明确要求。一个优秀的幼儿园老师,要学会站在孩子的角度思考问题,切身实地的融入到孩子的世界当中。幼儿园孩子的世界主要由孩子看到的具体形象构成,因此适当开展区域活动可以帮助孩子建立正确的世界观和家庭观。本文就职前幼儿教师创造能力提升研究进行探讨。
Today’s society is placing more and more emphasis on education, especially for the enlightenment education of preschool children. Kindergarten teachers bear the important task which can not be neglected in preschool children’s education process. It is necessary to improve the professional qualities of kindergarten teachers as well as the creative ability of kindergarten teachers. This is not only the corresponding demand of society but also the explicit requirement put forward by the state. A good kindergarten teacher, we must learn to think from a child’s point of view, real-world integration into the child’s world. Kindergarten Children’s world is mainly composed of children’s specific image, so proper regional activities can help children to establish a correct outlook on the world and family.
