以安徽和县为例,以乡镇为基本评价单元,运用生态足迹的理念和方法,构建了生态约束力评价体系;以遥感和GIS技术为支撑,构建了静态和动态的经济社会支撑力评价体系,采用“生态—经济社会支撑力”趋同性动态聚类和互斥性矩阵分类相结合的梯阶分区方法,将中部沿江县域划分为优先开发区、鼓励开发区、适度开发区、引导开发区、限制开发区和灰色区域六大类型,并对功能区类型静态和动态划分的综合集成方法进行了探索,使功能区类型划分更具科学性和前瞻性。
