目的探讨优质护理对老年脑梗死患者生命质量及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2013年7月至2014年8月辽源市东辽县人民医院收治的82例老年脑梗死患者作为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序将患者分为观察组与对照组,各41例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施优质护理,比较两组患者的生命质量和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的生理职能、躯体疼痛、生活功能、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、精力及总体健康评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年脑梗死患者实施科学、有效的优质护理,能明显提高患者的生命质量与护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing on the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Dongliao People’s Hospital of Liaoyuan City from July 2013 to August 2014 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission, 41 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. Patients in the observation group were given quality nursing care based on the control group, and the quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of physical function, physical function, social function, emotional function, mental health, energy and overall health of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (all P <0.05). The observation group Patient satisfaction with care was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of scientific and effective quality nursing for elderly patients with cerebral infarction can significantly improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
