针阀体是发动机油嘴偶件中的一个关键部件,针阀体中孔座面与针阀结合面密封状况的好坏,直接影响燃油的雾化质量,对发动机的工作性能具有决定性作用。针阀体中孔座面位于狭长深孔的底部(图1),实际测量较为困难。因此,寻求一套行之有效的测量方法并研制出精度高、实用性强的中孔座面形位误差综合测量系统具有重要意义。
The needle valve body is a key component in the engine nipple. The sealing condition of the needle seat and the needle valve in the valve body directly affects the atomization quality of the fuel and plays a decisive role in the performance of the engine. Needle body hole seat is located in the bottom of the narrow deep hole (Figure 1), the actual measurement is more difficult. Therefore, it is of great significance to seek a set of effective measurement methods and to develop a high accuracy, practical and comprehensive measurement system of mesopore seat face shape errors.
