目的:探讨将优质护理服务理念融于日常的门诊工作中进而起到的临床实际护理效果。方法:对医疗机构中门诊科室2015年1月至5月的80例患者进行优质护理应用研究同时将其作为实验组,而将2014年7月至12月在进行常规护理的80例患者划分为对照组,在对实验组患者进行优质护理之后对比两组患者对于实际护理效果的满意程度。结果:在对实验组患者进行了优质护理应用基础上患者对于在门诊护理过程相较于对照组患者来讲对护理效果比较满意,包含了对挂号、取药以及缴费等环节等候时间短比较满意同时对门诊护理过程比较满意。结论:在实际的门诊护理实践中采用优质护理方式不仅仅提高了患者对于护理效果的真实评价,同时也提高了相关医护工作者的护理技能和水平,促进了患者与医护人员之间和谐关系的发展,有利于医疗机构提高门诊护理效率促进门诊科室工作良好发展!
OBJECTIVE: To explore the clinical nursing effect of bringing the concept of quality nursing service into daily clinic work.
