东方红-54拖拉机履带销和一般犁铧均由含碳量较高的钢材制成。它们磨损报废后可用来修复犁铧。修复方法如下: 1.将已磨损的犁铧尖和刃口修剪平整。 2.将废履带销或废犁铧放在锻工炉上加热,锻出犁铧尖和新刃口条(按待修犁铧的样板标准)。 3.施焊前将锻造好的新刃口和铧尖按样板用电焊或气焊镶点几处,焊缝间隔1～2毫米;每隔约50毫米长两面交叉点焊一段,免得焊后变形。焊缝对接必须与基体金属熔化焊接,正面焊缝高度不能超过1毫米。
