学生就业困难是一个很大的社会问题,在就业困难中,高职女大学生就业更是困难,她们在选择职业时存在很多困难和限制,就业中经常遭受性别歧视,很难获得平等的就业机会和待遇,总体上就业率较低,是就业弱势群体中的主要部分。因此,加强对女大学生的就业指导,提高女大学生的就业竞争力是一项值得探索的工作。
Students’ employment difficulties are a big social problem. In the employment difficulties, the employment of female students in higher vocational schools is more difficult. There are many difficulties and limitations in choosing careers.
