开展企业文化建设,这是企业走向市场求生存求发展的内在要求,它有助于提高企业管理水平,创造更高的效益。从我们的实践看,要把这项工作启动起来,关键在于各级领导要充分发挥主导作用。 领导的实际行动直接影响着基层单位和广大职工,特别是电力行业,由于其产、供、用同时进行的特点,我们局又是相对独立核算的单位,行使生产经营的主要管理职能,只有局里率先创立自己的文化体系,基层才好围绕局里整体的要求策划和规范自己的文化结构。所以,这几年我们局本着由虚到实、由浅入深、循序渐进的原则,初步建立了适合本企业实际的一些管理思想和活动方式。
Carrying out the construction of enterprise culture is an intrinsic requirement for enterprises to seek survival and development through the market. It helps to improve the management level of enterprises and create higher benefits. Due to their characteristics of production, supply and use, our bureau is also a relatively independent unit of accounting and exercises the main management functions of production and management.
