阐述了 RAPD技术的原理及在桃种质的突变体鉴定、基因标记、连锁图谱构建种品种鉴定等方面的应用 ,并评价了研究桃的遗传对认识所有果树遗传规律的意义。
The principle of RAPD technology and the application of RAPD technology in identification of peach germplasm, identification of genetic markers and linkage map construction of cultivars were described. The significance of the study on genetic inheritance of peach was also evaluated.
