企业文化的本质属性是企业的价值理念,归属于文化道德范畴。企业文化的构建应注重其文化的特性,要从隐性存在的企业文化中吸取资源,才能确立适合自身企业特色的价值理念。企业文化建设应与环境条件相一致,要坚持环境改造人的立场。企业文化建设是一项长期的工作,需要留有空间与时间来不断完善与发展。
The essential attribute of the corporate culture is the value concept of the enterprise, belonging to the category of cultural ethics. The construction of enterprise culture should pay attention to the characteristics of its culture. It is necessary to draw resources from the implicit enterprise culture to establish the value concept that suits its own characteristics. Corporate culture should be consistent with the environmental conditions, we must adhere to the environmental reform people’s position. The building of enterprise culture is a long-term task, which requires time and space for continuous improvement and development.
