针对工业型连续式离心机深度精选细粒赤铁矿时分选效能和稳定性降低的问题,将实验室和工业试验数据进行了对比分析。结果表明,转鼓机械跳动增大对精矿品位影响不大,但降低了铁的回收率,这是由于转鼓跳动导致转鼓内表面局部倾角增大,矿浆流膜轴向流速加快,造成大量细粒赤铁矿无足够时间离心沉降成为精矿。并且,喷嘴间距增大导致喷嘴数量减少,流膜内贫连生体被往复水束流冲击卸落成为精矿的概率降低,从而有利于提高精矿品位,但也降低了铁的回收率。此外,分选效能与给矿性质紧密相关。在相同的操作条件下,工业型连续式离心机分别深选赤铁矿尾矿和难选赤铁矿原矿时,后者分选指标要明显优于前者。
Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and stability of fine-grained hematite in industrial continuous centrifuge, the laboratory and industrial test data are compared and analyzed. The results show that the increase of drum mechanical pulsation has little effect on the grade of concentrate, but reduces the recovery rate of iron, which is caused by the increase of local inclination of inner surface of drum and the increase of axial flow velocity of slurry film A large number of fine hematite do not have enough time to settle by centrifugation into concentrate. Moreover, the increase of nozzle spacing leads to a decrease of the number of nozzles and a decrease of the probability that the inhomogeneities of the inhomogeneities in the fluid film are unloaded by the reciprocating water stream to be concentrates, thereby improving the quality of the concentrate and reducing the recovery rate of iron. In addition, the separation performance is closely related to the nature of the ore. In the same operating conditions, industrial continuous centrifuge respectively hematite tailings and refractory hematite ore, the latter sorting index should be significantly better than the former.
