随着国内医疗改革的不断深入,医疗单位的人事结构、人员规模都有了很大的变化,医院在日常经营过程中必须要加强人力资源管理,做好医院岗位调整,提升工作人员的工作效率和质量,优化医院人员结构,为医院经营和发展奠定更为坚实的基础。鉴于此,本文从岗位价值评价的角度对医院人力资源管理展开分析和探讨,探讨了岗位价值评价在医院人力资源管理中的作用,并总结岗位价值评价在医院人力资源管理中的具体应用,希望对于我国医院人力资源管理工作的开展起到一定的促进和借鉴作用。
