大型船闸人字门往往在运行一定时间后局部结构会出现疲劳开裂。甚至在运行还不到2年,顶枢拉杆突然断裂。分析认为,这是塑性疲劳和脆性断裂的表现。造成塑性疲劳和脆性断裂的因素很多,为此着重分析了应力集中和焊接残余应力对结构开裂的影响并提出相应的对策。要控制塑性疲劳和脆断,必须从合理采用冲击韧性较好的钢材,精心设计接头细部,消除焊接残余应力,提高制造安装的质量,加强质量检测等多方面着手,提高人字闸门抗塑性疲劳和脆断的寿命。
