随着我国高等教育事业的快速发展 ,在校大学生人数的增加 ,校园生活呈现日趋丰富和多样性 ,学生行为方式与思维意识正在发生变化 ,权利意识、法律意识日益增强。近几年来 ,大学生状告学校侵权的案件在全国各地屡屡发生 ,且呈上升的趋势 ,这些都给高校有序管理、特别是对改革、发展和稳定带来一定冲击或不利影响。本文试图就高校管理学生产生法律纠纷之原因和解决之道作出探讨。
With the rapid development of higher education in our country, the number of undergraduates in college has increased and the life in campus has been enriched and diversified. The behavior patterns and thinking awareness of students are changing, and awareness of rights and law are increasingly increasing. In recent years, cases of university students suing for infringement in schools have occurred frequently in all parts of the country and are on the rise. All of these give universities an orderly management, especially with some impact or adverse impact on reform, development and stability. This article attempts to discuss the causes and solutions of legal disputes in the management of students in colleges and universities.
