胡晖把他亲手创办的海纳维盛以1800 万美元卖给美国在纳斯达克斯上市的Vital image公司。尽管有人为海纳维盛的技术被外国公司买走今后又要从人家那里高价买进而感到惋惜,也有人认为这样一个一本万利的机会被美国公司取得而觉得遗憾,但是一个不可否认的事实是海纳维盛作为一个市场主体的确是实现了自身利益的最大化,也创造了在不足两年的时间里将其资本从15万美元增值到1800万美元、整整翻了120倍的奇迹!以国际化的眼光来看,海纳维盛无疑是成功的, 它的成功创业及成功被并购反映了中关村良好的创业环境。但是被海外企业并购的事实也折射出中关村企业在寻求发展模式的突破时,所遇到的法律和制度性的障碍。
