空气压缩机的用途十分广泛,由于使用润滑油,有时在高压、高温空气下,发生火灾或爆炸事故。这里介绍小型移动式空气压缩机的贮气罐爆炸、空气管路剧烈爆炸及空气净化装置火灾引起的煤气中毒。原因可列举为:润滑油自燃是火源;润滑油燃烧引起的煤烟粉尘构成爆炸物质。同时搞清了过去认为润滑油烟雾是爆炸原因的矛盾说法,并且把润滑油自燃通过实验再现,以防止同类事故发生。
The use of air compressor is very wide, due to the use of lubricating oil, sometimes under high pressure, high temperature air, a fire or explosion accident. Here is a small portable air compressor gas tank explosion, air pipe explosion and air purifying device caused by gas poisoning. The reasons may be cited as follows: Spontaneous combustion of lubricating oil is a source of ignition; soot dust caused by the combustion of lubricating oil constitutes an explosive substance. In the meantime, it also clarified the contradiction that oil smoke was the cause of the explosion in the past and reproduced the spontaneous combustion of oil through experiments to prevent similar accidents from happening.
