高温合金铸件的内部孔隙、疏松等铸造缺陷,影响了零件的机械性能和使用可靠性。采用热等静压技术,可使铸件内部孔隙完全闭合,并扩散连接而使铸件致密化,再经适当的热处理后,可明显地提高铸件的强度、塑性和疲劳性能。热等静压工艺参数和随后的热处理对铸件内部孔隙的闭合作用,以及金相组织和机械性能的影响等问题,本文通过对镍基高温合金铸件的试验,得出了有参考价值的规律。
High temperature alloy casting internal porosity, porosity and other casting defects, affecting the mechanical properties and reliability of the parts. The use of hot isostatic pressing technology, can make the internal porosity of the casting completely closed, and the proliferation of connections to the densification of castings, and then by the appropriate heat treatment, can significantly improve the strength, ductility and fatigue properties of castings. Hot isostatic pressing process parameters and the subsequent heat treatment of the internal porosity of the closed castings, as well as the microstructure and mechanical properties and other issues, this article through the test of nickel-based superalloy castings obtained the reference value of the law.
