目的探讨亚低温对蛛网膜下腔出血并发症的效果。方法将60例蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)患者,随机分成二个组:实验组和对照组,实验组在治疗过程中应用HCT-200G亚低温治疗仪,对照组只2用传统冰帽进行降温。结果从表1可观察到亚低温治疗仪有良好的降温效果,表2提示了并发症的下降。结论HCT-200G亚低温治疗仪能有效地降温,保护保脑细胞的作用,降低了并发症的复发率,有利于蛛网膜下腔出血患者的康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of mild hypothermia on the complications of subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods Sixty patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. HCT-200G hypothermia therapeutic apparatus was used in the experimental group while control group was treated with traditional ice cap Cool down Results Table 1 shows that the hypothermia therapeutic apparatus has a good cooling effect. Table 2 shows the decrease of complications. Conclusion HCT-200G mild hypothermia therapeutic apparatus can effectively reduce the temperature and protect the brain cells, reduce the recurrence rate of complications, is conducive to the recovery of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.
