2009年3、4月,随着楼市“小阳春”的出现,全国商品房投资和建设的规模也开始稳步增长,但增速明显滞后于销售复苏速度。2009年1~8月,全国商品房销售额同比增长70%,而房地产开发投资同比仅增长15%,房屋新开工面积同比还下降6%。
In March and April 2009, with the advent of the property market “Little Spring”, the scale of investment and construction in commercial houses in the country started to increase steadily, but the growth rate lagged behind the sales recovery. From January to August 2009, the sales of commercial buildings nationwide increased by 70% over the same period of last year, while the investment in real estate development increased only 15% over the same period of last year while the newly started housing area also decreased by 6% year on year.
