双管齐下华润收购万科万科企业股份有限公司3月8日就其股权变动一事发布提示性公告,称其第一大股东深圳经济特区发展(集团)公司已于3月6日签署股权转让协议,将其持有的深万科国有法人股全部转让给华润北京置地有限公司的全资附属公司,转让股权占深万科总股本的8.11%。有关手续正在报批之中,尚待主管部门批准。
