“用工荒”不仅是由于农民工代际变化,也是由于劳动力权益诉求的演变印刷企业在“年年难过,年年过”的逆境中又度过了2010年。展望2011年,将又是一个不易之年。各企业纷纷转型升级、创新思维、调整结构。2011年,我国经济发展的不确定因素还在不断增加:国际经济形势复杂、全球通胀预期上升、国内商品价格普遍上涨、CPI指数逐月攀高、需求增长动力趋于减缓……这些因素直接影响着印刷行业的发展。
