目前,国防系统产业工会的实际是:第一,点多、线长、面广,所属1000多个企事业分布全国30个省、区、市,面对几百万职工,对口12个产业部门,同时还有66家军队企业。第二,国防邮电工会全国委员会机关和地方产业工会机关人员相对都比较少。国防系统在28个地方产业和12个直属工会中,在编干部3人以上的不足50%。第三,当前国防系统产业工会面临对口产业“十五”规划和当前两个攻坚战的任务十分繁重,时间紧迫。因此,国防系统产业工会无论是想问题,还是办事情,都要从国防系统的客观实际出发,要充分体现国防系统产业工会经过多年实践形成的“学习产业、熟悉产业、研究产业、服务产业,为产业发展服务、为产业职工服务”的工作思路,围绕对口产业中心,突出产业特色,为对口产业的改革发展稳定发挥作用。
