乙胺碘呋酮是一种治疗各种顽固性心律失常的有效药物,副反应较少,而引起甲状腺机能亢进(甲亢)或甲状腺机能减退(甲减)则尤为少见。本院最近遇见一例乙胺碘呋酮引起的甲亢,特报道于下。张××,住院号:2980,男,60岁。于1971年开始有心律不齐。1979年6月因房颤反复发作而住院,经多种抗心律紊乱药物治疗无效。于8月9日开始服用乙胺碘呋酮,至1980年1月起维持量由300mg/天逐渐减为50mg/天。服药后的第1、2、3、4个月分别作了血浆T_4检测,均属正常。服药后心率65~75次。除偶有早搏外,未再有房颤发作。1980年8月停药,停药后3个月,又有心律不齐,同年12月
