本文分别研究了潮湿和低温有风环境对焊接接头质量的影响。在对扩散氢含量的变化及其与大气中水蒸汽分压之间的线性关系进行定量分析的基础上,给出了相应的经验公式并推导出标准状况与非标准状况下两者之间的关系式;通过现场实测 t 8/5值,进行冲击韧性及金相试验,获得一系列试验数据,据以探讨环境低温及风速对焊接接头组织和机械性能的影响。最后得出具有实际指导意义的结论。
In this paper, the effects of wet and cold air environment on the quality of welded joints were studied respectively.
