我厂机引播种机地轮制造工艺1965年前是以焊代铆,地轮质量差,达不到图纸要求,影响播种机的质量。当时,在毛主席关于“独立自主、自力更生”的方针指引下,组织了“三结合”班子,克服了资料少,技术差,设备缺的困难,经过反复试验终于在较短的时间设计、制造成功地轮铆接机(图1)及电加热装置。经过这些年来生产实践考验,机器性能良好,满足了地轮生产的技术要求。提高生产率16倍,大大地提高了产品质量,降低了成本,减轻了工人的劳动强度。
