大数据时代是文明社会的表现之一,电子网络的最大优点就是存储量大,计算速度快,便于整理归纳。网上购物占主导地位情形下,消费者的姓名、住址、年龄等基本信息都已成为电子数据存储于网络系统之中。大数据像一把双刃剑,人们受益匪浅的同时也存在一定的负面影响,不法分子出于经济等原因滥用个人信息给用户造成骚扰甚至伤害的现象层出不穷。由于法律的国家强制性,因此对用户利益进行法律保护已经成为国内外社会共识。
The era of big data is one of the manifestations of civilized society, the biggest advantage of electronic networks is the large amount of storage, computing speed, easy to organize induction. Under the circumstance that the online shopping is dominant, the basic information such as the consumer’s name, address and age has become the electronic data stored in the network system. Big data is like a double-edged sword. People benefit a lot as well as have some negative effects at the same time. Lawbreakers abused their personal information to cause harassment or even injury to users after other reasons. Due to the compulsory state of the law, legal protection of the interests of users has become the consensus of society at home and abroad.
