地方课程是基础教育课程结构的重要组成部分,地方课程所承载的地方性知识是多元文化存在的基础,它对民族文化的挖掘和传承促进了对多元文化的理解。对于藏区,地方课程是传承民族文化,培养适合地域发展人才的载体之一。本论文在多元文化与新时代教学理念背景基础上,通过分析当前藏区地方课程实施现状、存在的问题,解析藏区地方课程承载的多元价值。以期将藏族传统文化、地方课程和新课程改革中新型学生观结合在一起。通过地方课程来继承、发扬和应用藏族优秀传统文化,使课程内容适应藏族学生的特点,以便体现民族文化的多样性与新课程改革的理念。
The local curriculum is an important part of the curriculum structure of basic education. The local knowledge carried by the local curriculum is the basis for the existence of multiculturalism. Its excavation and inheritance of national culture have promoted the understanding of multiculturalism. For Tibetan areas, local curricula are one of the carriers of inheriting national culture and cultivating talents suitable for regional development. Based on the background of multiculturalism and teaching philosophy of new era, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of local curriculum in Tibetan areas and analyzes the multiple values of local curriculum in Tibetan areas. With a view to combining the traditional Tibetan culture, local curricula and the new-style student concept in the new curriculum reform. The local curriculum should inherit, carry forward and apply Tibetan excellent traditional culture so that the content of the course can be adapted to the characteristics of Tibetan students in order to reflect the diversity of national cultures and the concepts of the new curriculum reform.
