目的评价艾滋病感染者/病人服用益艾康胶囊治疗8 a的临床效果。方法采用回顾性调查的研究方法,对2004年服用益艾康胶囊治疗的150例艾滋病感染者/病人做为研究对象,从人口学资料、CD4计数及病死率等方面的临床资料进行统计分析。结果服用益艾康胶囊治疗的艾滋病感染者/病人CD4计数呈现逐年上升趋势,从基线263.18个/μL上升到治疗满8年后438.01个/μL,经检验差异有统计学意义(t=7.611,P<0.01)。但8 a累计病死率25.33%(38/150)比当地全部艾滋病感染者/病人8 a病死率28.06%(264/941)略低,两者之间无统计学意义(χ2=0.479,P>0.05)。结论服用益艾康胶囊治疗艾滋病可以改善艾滋病感染者/病人的临床症状,提高生活质量,增强免疫能力效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of taking Yi Yi Kang Capsule in treating AIDS patients / patients for 8 years. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to investigate the clinical data of 150 HIV / AIDS patients treated with Yi-Yi-kang in 2004. The demographic data, CD4 count and mortality were used for statistical analysis. Results The CD4 count of HIV / AIDS patients treated with Yikang Capsule showed an increasing trend from 263.18 cells / μL to 438.01 cells / μL after 8 years of treatment. The difference was statistically significant (t = 7.611, P <0.01). However, the cumulative 8-year mortality rate of 25.33% (38/150) was slightly lower than that of all local HIV-positive patients / patients at 8 years (28.06%, 264/941), with no significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 0.479, P> 0.05). Conclusion Taking Yikang Capsule to treat AIDS can improve the clinical symptoms of HIV / AIDS patients, improve quality of life and enhance immunity.
