在经历了10年的失败改革之后,俄罗斯的生产力大幅下跌,国家综合国力下降,种种萧条的事实都说明,无论是民主的、人道的社会主义的改革目标还是美国式的民主自由经济的改革目标都没能使俄罗斯摆脱危机状态。今天人们似乎应该从一种更现实的角度来理解俄罗斯的经济,俄罗斯能否保持GDP持续跳跃性增长的态势,则取决于其克服和解决社会经济、政治和体制等方面基本矛盾的能力,成功的改革需要一种良好制度环境,更需要政治经济方面和政府转型方面的体制性变革。
