变电站建设和改造是电网建设的一个重要组成部分,其风险评价系统是多因素决策系统,是由许多相关的风险因素相互关联组成的复杂系统。本文介绍了变电站建设项目的风险识别标准和评价体系,并基于模糊层次分析法对评价标准进行权重认定和组合,在专家评价的基础上,对建设项目备选方案进行风险排序,从而获得变电站建设项目风险评价结论。最后通过某变电站建设的例证对本方法进行验证。
The construction and transformation of substations are an important part of power grid construction. The risk assessment system is a multi-factor decision-making system and is a complex system composed of many related risk factors. This article introduces the risk identification standards and evaluation system of substation construction projects, and based on the fuzzy AHP method to weight the evaluation criteria and combinations, on the basis of expert evaluation, risk options of construction projects to sort, so as to get substation construction Project risk assessment conclusion. Finally, this method is verified by an example of substation construction.
