Hydrogen ions were implanted into the JFMS alloy by ion accelerator and irradiated by EHV electron microscope. The formation process of the irradiation hole was observed in situ. The effect of hydrogen generated by nuclear reaction (n, p) According to the impact of swelling. The experimental results show that the hydrogen injection mainly promotes the nucleation of irradiation holes, and thus promotes the irradiation swelling of the material. At 570K, the role of hydrogen in promoting the formation of irradiated hollow nuclei is not yet apparent, and its effect increases with increasing irradiation temperature. At 670K, hydrogen injection can increase the number density of irradiated cavities by an order of magnitude and increase the irradiated swelling rate of the material by about 4 times.
