孙中山先生的思想很丰富,本文仅就其思想库之一--法律思想中的司法改革理念进行论述。司法腐败对人民对社会的危害性使孙中山意识到司法改革非常重要。孙中山的司法改革理念集中体现在司法独立与司法公正两个方面。而这两个司法理念在其一系列的改革措施中得以体现。孙中山的司法改革理念及其措施不仅对当时的中国意义重大而且对当下的中国进行法治建设也有着非同寻常的作用。
Sun Yat-sen’s idea is very rich, this article only discusses one of its ideological base - the concept of judicial reform in legal thought. The harmfulness of judicial corruption to the people against society made Sun Yat-sen aware of the importance of judicial reform. Sun Yat-sen’s concept of judicial reform embodied in judicial independence and judicial justice in two aspects. These two judicial concepts are reflected in a series of reform measures. Sun Yat-sen’s concept of judicial reform and its measures are not only of great significance to China at the time but also play an unusual role in the current rule of law in China.
